The heart and soul behind Ebb & Flow Design Co. is shop owner, Claire Osterman. After deciding to pursue a creative field, Claire returned to school later in life, studying interior design in Portland, Oregon. It was during those lecture-filled days that the dream of a one of a kind shop began to take shape in her mind.
